Finance & Operations Administrator
Location: Co. Wicklow (on-site)
Salary: €33,000–€35,000 per year (DOE)
We're hiring a reliable, hands-on administrator to split their time between Finance and Operations. This is a varied, practical role for someone who likes to solve problems, keep things organised, and learn new parts of the business. You'll be joining a friendly team that invests in training and supports career growth.
What you'll be doing
Finance tasks
* Manage accounts payable and receivable using Sage Line 50
* Prepare and issue client invoices; match invoices to purchase orders
* Assist with VIES and Intrastat filings
* Help with month-end routines and annual financial paperwork
Operations & admin
* Process sales orders and give sales team support when needed
* Create purchase orders and communicate with suppliers
* Arrange courier collections and track deliveries
* Keep accurate records and assist with inventory checks
* Provide general admin support across teams
Who we're looking for
* 3–5 years' experience in finance, accounts, or office administration
* Comfortable working in Sage Line 50 and with Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational habits
* Clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
* Keen to expand skills across both finance and operations
