Job Summary
A Load Balancer Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of load balancer configurations across multiple aspects of our global enterprise network.
About this role
* Lead troubleshooting sessions to resolve complex problems in infrastructure, networking, security, and tools used for monitoring and testing those technologies.
* Provide training to operations staff on best practices for support of complex environments.
This position requires a strong understanding of load balancer hardware, networking, security protocols such as TCP/IP communication. Proficiency in Linux kernel command-line interfaces (CLI) is also required. The successful candidate will be able to interact with development teams to design innovative solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to technical standards.
In addition, they must have experience working with automation scripts around build deployments and configuration management using toolsets like CI/CD pipelines or Git/SVN version control systems.
