Job Responsibilities:
The role entails but is not limited to: -
* Understand and interpret Customer Demand to schedule the Downstream Processes using Heijunka (Pull) system:
* MRP Planning & Ordering of Raw Components
* Supplier Performance Monitoring – EDI / QPF
* Monitor Customer EDI and provide Reports and analysis of Fluctuations.
* Customer Aftermarket Orders – Co ordination and Planning
* Facilitate & Update Customer Portal – Demand planning & Capacity:
* Inventory Management & Accuracy of ERP (CMS)
* Perform Cycle Counting in line with Schedule & Daily reporting:
* Cycle Counting Investigation & Root cause analysis.
* Scrap reconciliation & Adjustments in ERP with analysis of data
* ECN / PCR management & Update of ERP System
* CMS Master Data entry and control of ERP changes
* Bill of Material & Routing Audits
* Facilitate CMS and Manufacturing Execution System master data updates.
* Perform any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Logistics Manager
