Field-based | Part-time (3 days per week)
We're partnering with a specialist Medical Imaging organisation to appoint an Application Specialist – Ultrasound, supporting customers across the Republic of Ireland.
This is a clinical, customer-facing role focused on delivering high-quality pre- and post-sales application support, training clinicians on ultrasound systems, and optimising image quality and workflow in real world clinical environments.
The role
Deliver high-quality clinical application training across ultrasound platforms
Support clinicians with image optimisation and workflow efficiency
Provide pre- and post-sales support alongside the sales team
Demonstrate product features and benefits at customer sites, workshops and events
Identify application or usability issues and elevate appropriately
Maintain accurate reporting of training visits and activity via CRM
Work collaboratively with sales, applications and project teams to ensure customer success
Gather customer feedback to support ongoing product improvement
Stay up to date with software updates and product enhancements
Who this suits
Clinical background with 2+ years' ultrasound modality experience
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Clinical Sonography
Strong understanding of ultrasound exams, clinical environments and workflows
Confident trainer with excellent communication skills
Organised, self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously
Willing to travel nationwide across Ireland (occasional overnight stays required)
Package
Salary:
up to €70,000 FTE (€42,000 pro-rata)
Pension:
EEE 3% / EER 3%
Holidays:
23 days FTE (14 pro-rata)
