We are seeking a confident and proactive individual to join a busy business team on a short-term contract basis. This is a hands-on role combining customer engagement with core finance and administration duties.
The successful candidate will be based on-site in Gorey and will play a key role in supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
* Daily contact with customers via phone and digital channels
* Handling inbound queries, clarifying order details, and processing payments
* Providing friendly, professional support with a strong customer-first approach
Finance & Administration
* Reconciling business transactions with trading bank accounts
* Monitoring and managing key supplier and customer accounts
* Processing supplier payments and assisting with payroll
* Managing debtors and cash flow, including issuing electronic payment reminders
* Supporting general office administration as needed
Systems
* Working across accounting platforms
* Supporting the transitions, including some double-entry tasks
Candidate Profile
* Strong phone manner and interpersonal skills
* Positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
* Experience in finance administration or bookkeeping
* Familiarity with accounting software
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
