INDUSTRIAL PAINTER/ BLASTER

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Painter/ Blaster to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting industrial structures, equipment and surfaces to a high standard, ensuring durability, safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, grit blasting)
* Apply industrial coatings using Airless spraying equipment
* Read and follow specifications and safety instructions
* Mix paints and and coatings to correct specifications
* Maintain painting equipment and tools
* Follow all health, safety and environmental regulations
* Work independently and/ or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Experience and Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Industrial Painter/ Blaster
· Knowledge of industrial coatings, paints and surface preparation techniques
· Experience with airless spray systems (preferred)
· Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
· A willingness to attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
· Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (where required)
· Good attention to detail and workmanship
· Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if required
