A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, and specifiers is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming sales enquiries, supporting the scheduling department, and helping to promote our solutions to architects, specifiers, and contractors across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly sales targets as agreed with your manager
* Support the scheduling team by creating and updating schedules and specifications using the internal sales system
* Leverage existing industry contacts to develop new business within the high-end residential housing sector
* Follow up professionally on estimated projects and maximise quote-to-order conversion
* Actively promote our offerings to architects, specifiers, and main contractors
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across other business units to uncover and maximise opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in internal sales, preferably within construction or a related industry
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Experience with estimating, scheduling, or specification writing is an advantage
* Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
* Self-motivated with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
