About the job An established and rapidly growing Irish-owned Biopharma Engineering organisation in Cork is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Lead to play a key role in supporting continued business growth.
The Role You will lead and optimise the end-to-end supply chain function, overseeing procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
Working cross-functionally, you will ensure operational efficiency, cost control, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Supply Chain team Manage inventory, logistics, and supplier performance Analyse KPIs and drive process improvements Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Finance Lead supply chain initiatives and improvement projects Requirements Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field 5+ years' experience in supply chain management (10+ years preferred) Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Experience with supply chain systems and performance metrics Proven leadership, negotiation, and project management skills Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Skills: supply chain supply chain lead
