The Role
Drive sales growth, margin improvement and strong controls over financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Provide financially sound decisions aligned with the Business Group’s strategies and the company’s interests. Act as an unbiased and independent voice in business decisions, interacting primarily with the BG Finance Manager, Finance Director, and cross‑functional partners.
Responsibilities
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) & business case financials, providing scenario modelling and acting as the financial gatekeeper for innovations; track post‑launch KPIs.
Analyze quarter‑end and year‑end financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive results while ensuring consistent reporting.
Support long‑range planning processes (LRP), including data input, consolidation, reporting, and analysis; partner with Portfolio Managers to align financial targets with the business unit’s strategic roadmap.
Undertake ad‑hoc projects and tasks assigned by supervisors and management, and identify improvements to make reporting more efficient.
Maintain flexibility to overlap with US business hours (EST/PST) for team collaboration.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment, ideally FMCG, Consumer Electronics or PC industry.
Expert Excel user; familiarity with ESS base and Oracle is preferred.
Experience working in a matrix/functional structure.
HES or University degree; fluency in English; additional certifications or languages are a plus.
Comfortable in a fast‑changing, informal business context while providing structure, pace and controls.
Self‑motivated, multicultural, and able to communicate effectively with management.
