We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to join our team for an ESB Framework project.
You will be responsible for the on-site management and supervision of utility projects within the ESB Framework, specifically in the Drogheda and Navan region.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and coordination to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all site operations, ensuring projects are completed to the required specifications and quality standards.
* Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Utilities Expertise: * Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of various utilities, including but not limited to: * Underground and overhead electrical cabling.
* Fibre optic installations.
* Ducting and trenching for utility services.
* Working knowledge of ESB standards and procedures.
* Ensure all utility works are carried out in accordance with ESB specifications and industry best practices.
* Liaise with ESB representatives and other utility providers as needed.
Requirements: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman, with a strong focus on utilities projects.
* Qualifications: * Relevant construction or engineering qualification
