Our client a specialist aircraft leasing, management and advisory firm is currently looking to hire a Paralegal to be based in their Dublin office. Reporting to the General Counsel, this cross-functional Paralegal role will work closely with the legal and compliance teams providing support across each business unit. This is an excellent role for a detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational skills who has the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and international business.Responsibilities:Supporting the legal team in aircraft leasing, financing and trading transactions.Coordinating conditions precedent documents and ancillary documents, including board resolutions, certificates, NDAs, notices and intercompany funding agreements.Managing accurate records of transaction bibles, corporate documents and original documentation.Liaising with external counsel, lenders, and internal teams through transaction cycles.Providing support in connection with data rooms, due diligence requests and maintaining complete and well-organised filing systems.Assisting with general legal administrative duties and contributing to ad hoc projects.Assisting with KYC/AML checks and liaising with external parties to gather and provide KYC documentation and ensure completeness.Managing accurate records of KYC documents and other compliance documents.Assisting with general compliance matters, including developing and updating policies and procedures, periodic audits and implementation of our clients risk management framework.Requirements:2-3+ years' prior experience in a paralegal or legal support role, with aviation or aircraft leasing experience advantageous but not required.Degree or appropriate qualification in related field.Strong legal administrative skills and experience drafting, reviewing and maintaining legal documents.Exposure to compliance/AML/KYC processes.High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong IT skills.Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to maintain clear and accurate records.Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels.Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
