We are seeking anIAM Engineerto support and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting secure access to systems and applications across the organisation, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environmentsManage user identity lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers)Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC)Integrate IAM platforms with internal systems and third-party applicationsMonitor and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issuesCollaborate with IT, Security, and application teams to ensure secure access controlsSupport access reviews, audits, and compliance requirementsMaintain documentation, procedures, and IAM standardsParticipate in continuous improvement and automation of IAM processesRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience working in an IAM, Security, or Systems Engineering roleStrong understanding of identity concepts (authentication, authorisation, least privilege)Experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping, SailPoint, or similarKnowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, or equivalent directory servicesExperience supporting SSO, MFA, and access policiesStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsDesirable SkillsScripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, etc.)Experience in regulated or enterprise environmentsKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
