Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dublin, allowing for a combination of on-site work and remote work flexibility. As a Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include managing supply chain processes and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, vendors, and customers. You will oversee inventory management, process customer orders, coordinate shipments, and support operational efficiency. The role also involves resolving logistical issues and optimizing supply chain operations.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills to assess supply chain data and identify trends and inefficiencies.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills for liaising effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
* Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain management processes and systems.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
* Previous experience in logistics or supply chain roles is preferred.
* Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
