What you'll do
Design and develop Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Kafka, and modern middleware patterns
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices, including Jenkins-based workflows
Participate in code reviews, testing (including ATDD), and performance optimisation across monolithic and microservices architectures
What you need
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and messaging technologies such as Kafka
Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins)
Deep understanding of scalable application design and object-oriented programming principles

Salary: €70,000–€75,000 plus 15% bonus and 9%–20% non-contributory pension (scaled with age)
Location: Galway
Working setup: Hybrid, with one week per month in the office
