Job Description * As a production leader, you will have the opportunity to drive performance improvements and lead a team of production staff. You will be responsible for evaluating employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and coaching/mentoring your team members to encourage high levels of engagement. * You will utilise Stryker's Production System tools to increase productivity and develop future leaders internally. * Your business acumen will be key in ensuring all key metrics are achieved while playing a role in guiding operations processes to ensure quality standards are met. ----------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications A degree or masters in Business, Production Management, Engineering or similar discipline is required. 4 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment is also necessary along with 2 years minimum supervisor experience.
