This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, hands-on operator who can lead production, drive operational excellence, and represent the business at a high level with customers and partners.
We're seeking a proven leader with deep experience in fast-growth, industrial sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, environmental services, or food production .
What You'll DoTake full ownership of day-to-day and strategic operations of the company's facility.
Lead cross-functional teams across production, logistics, procurement, and supply chain.
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and scalability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage directly with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to align operations with commercial goals.
Build and mentor strong, performance-focused operations teams.
Oversee site-level investments, capital projects, and facility expansion plans.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to support long-term growth strategy.
What You Bring10+ years of senior operational leadership experience (e.g., COO, Operations Director, Head of Ops).
Demonstrated experience in production-intensive, scaling environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization.
Track record of managing operational performance and customer-facing initiatives simultaneously.
Financial fluency and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
A third-level qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
