What You'll Be Empowered to Do

What You Bring
* Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, customer service, or healthcare administration role.
* Excellent organisation and multitasking skills — you're one step ahead, always.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ideally some experience with scheduling or medical record systems (Medisoft a plus).
* A background in healthcare, optometry, or private clinics is a bonus — but your attitude and empathy matter most.
* A commitment to privacy, professionalism, and patient confidentiality (GDPR aware).
* Flexibility to work across sites and a proactive mindset — you take initiative and bring solutions.
