About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO Ireland and the wider Operations Team. This part-time role is pivotal in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will act as a central point of contact, representing Aramark with professionalism and discretion, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for the CEO, leveraging internal relationships and corporate knowledge to work efficiently.
* Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
* Provide high-level administrative support including complex calendar and diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate the CEO's online presence and communications.
* Prepare board papers, briefing packs, presentations, and internal/external communications.
* Organise hospitality for meetings and events, both on- and off-site.
* Support once-off projects and assist in event planning.
* Facilitate meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up actions.
* Conduct research and prepare documents for review by the CEO.
* Assist in compiling departmental reports and summarising data from various sources.
* Manage expense submissions and liaise with travel agents to create detailed itineraries.
* Maintain file systems, manage emails, and perform general administrative duties.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar executive support role.

* Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel (including financial graphs).
* Effective meeting coordination and minute-taking skills.
