About your New Employer:Our client is a part of the broadcasting industry located in South Dublin. They are looking for a full-time HR Manager, who will be brought in on 2 years Fixed Term contract, starting ASAP.This role would start fully onsite during the 6-month probationary period and then will transition into a hybrid working model (working 2 days onsite).About Your New Role:Act as a key team player in HR processes including contract management, absence management, payroll prep, and compensation and benefitsTake end-to-end responsibility in delivering HR supportMaintain up-to-date HR systems and validate data accuracyServe as the point of contact for line managers and HR colleaguesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirementsRecommend and implement improvements in workflow processesAct as a subject matter expert and trainer for HR Operations ProcessesProvide strong levels of support to the team and deputize for the team leadHighlight problem trends and provide corrective actionsSuggest and implement process improvements for major HR initiativesCarry out project work, research, and analysisWhat Skills You Need:2+ years' experience in an HR Administration experience, sitting on an HR teamStrong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office packageWorking knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR policiesSelf-motivated and highly organisedStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsWhat's on Offer:Competitive compensation packageBe a part of an established HR teamOpportunities for professional development and career advancementInclusive and diverse work environment
