We're seeking a
Project Planner
to join our expanding
Project Delivery Team
.
This is a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a real impact on large-scale engineering projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling & Planning
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Integrate resource, cost, and risk data to support efficient delivery.
* Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction timelines.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
* Track progress against milestones and deadlines.
* Deliver regular reports with critical path analysis, forecasts, and lookahead schedules.
* Identify delays and recommend recovery actions.
Collaboration & Communication
* Partner with project managers, engineers, and site teams to maintain accurate planning data.
* Lead planning meetings and cross-functional sessions.
Risk & Change Management
* Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Evaluate the impact of project changes and communicate outcomes to the team.
What You'll Bring:
Essential:
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or similar.
* Proven planning experience in construction, utilities, or engineering.
* Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Desirable:
* Experience on electrical or infrastructure projects (Data Centres, Life Sciences, Renewables).
* Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniques.
* Familiarity with BIM and digital construction tools.
