Childcare Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Childcare Director to lead our team and deliver high-quality early years care and education to children.
Main Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement a comprehensive childcare strategy that aligns with national standards and best practices.
* To manage and mentor a team of educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
* To contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the centre.
* To collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role in early childhood education.
* A Fetac Level 6 qualification or recognised equivalent in Early Childhood Education is required.
* Level 6-8 qualifications preferred.
* LINC qualification preferred.
* Copies of qualifications and two written references are required.
* Garda Vetting (we will manage this for you).
* International police clearance if applicable.
* Fluent English.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to think critically and solve problems effectively is also essential.
