Project Coordination Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Expert with strong experience in cost planning and project management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years working in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and lead site meetings through to project delivery on high-profile projects.
* Prepare comprehensive cost plans and budget estimates.
* Identify risks and opportunities through value engineering techniques.
* Develop accurate Bills of Quantities.
* Evaluate tenders and assess interim valuation payments.
* Negotiate and agree project variations.
* Provide timely and detailed cost reporting.
* Ensure successful final account settlement.
Requirements:
* BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Professional qualification (SCSI / RICS).
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
