As part of our café team, you will work in a welcoming Nordic café environment integrated into our store, where maintaining a focus on quality, service, and providing guests with a memorable experience is essential. Putting the guest first and being flexible come naturally to you. You and your team will be responsible for creating a warm and inspiring café environment, fostering a unique local service culture. Some of your responsibilities include:
1. Put the guest first! Welcome and actively attend to the guest’s needs in a warm and genuine manner.
2. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food products consistently.
3. Promote the culture, values, and concept of the café as a whole.
Qualifications
You are communicative, positive, efficient, and team-oriented. You take pride in delivering high-level service and are driven by quality. An outgoing personality and genuine interest in providing personal service are highly valued. Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus, but a true passion for service, teamwork, and continuous improvement of the café are most important.
Additional Information
