We are looking for an organised and friendly People & Culture Administrator to join our team for 6 - 8 weeks. This is a Fixed Term Contract. If you love connecting with people and making a positive impact, this is the perfect role for you.

The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for providing helpful, efficient and effective administrative services to support Busy Bees and its subsidiary companies over a short-term period to assist with an increase in workload. This role is office based in Orewa and offers hours across Monday – Friday. This would be perfect if you are looking for school hours.

About the role:

* Deliver outstanding customer service to our 85+ Centre Managers
* Provide admin support to the People & Culture Team, including Recruitment as needed
* Submit Police vetting checks
* Process teacher practicing certificate renewals
* Process risk assessments
* Process renewal of first aid certificates
* Answer the Support Office phone
* Upload documents to Workday
* Conduct reference checks
* Support with ad hoc projects and tasks.

Attributes required for the role:

* Strong People & Culture admin background with proven experience in managing confidential documentation (min 3 years)
* Experience managing high volumes of work, efficiently and accurately
* You will be organised and extremely thorough with an exceptional eye for detail
* High level of competence with MS Office and HRIS systems such as Workday
* Superb communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and relationship building skills
* Knowledge and understanding of HR operational policies (desirable)
* Knowledge of the requirements and legislation and regulations governing early childhood (desirable)
* Attention to detail, strong prioritisation and time management skills
* A can-do attitude
