Customer Service Representative | Hybrid | Dublin | 35-45K
My client, a distributor of Polymer/Plastic granules to the plastic's manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Rathcoole.
3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Duties:
1. Receive orders from customers, acknowledge receipt
2. Request pricing from supplier / salesman
3. Enter customer orders on SAP
4. Enter Purchase order on SAP and send to supplier
5. Follow up with supplier for delivery dates and liaise with customer accordingly
6. Receive stock on SAP
7. Dispatch stock and send paperwork to customer
8. Send instructions to warehouse (if relevant) to dispatch goods
9. Arrange collections (where necessary) from suppliers
10. Advise warehouse when stock is arriving
11. Maintain stock levels and complete stock take at month end
12. Invoice / credit customers accordingly
13. Maintain all hard copies and UK filing as required
14. Support to Salesmen where needed
15. Reconcile warehouse / transport costs with accounts
Candidate:
16. Education with a minimum of the leaving certificate or equivalent
17. Experience of working within a customer service/customer care,
18. Excellent organisational and telephone skills
19. Experience within a customer service role
20. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
21. Flexibility with working hours
22. IT skills; e.g. experienced in the use of CRM (Salesforce), SAP, Tableau and/or Microsoft Office suite
