Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that high standards of quality and productivity are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless execution of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and other departments as required.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and employee engagement.
* Conduct regular rounds to monitor hotel facilities, amenities, and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and promoting a culture of excellence among team members.
* Manage conflict resolution effectively, ensuring that guest issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
* Work closely with the sales and events coordinator to ensure smooth execution of events and conferences.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, making recommendations for process improvements and staff development.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.
