The role involves supervising maintenance teams and contractors while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate planned and reactive maintenance worksSupervise in-house staff and external contractorsEnsure health & safety and regulatory complianceMaintain records, budgets, and reportsRespond to and resolve maintenance issuesSupport refurbishment and capital projectsWork closely with operations and property teamsThe Person3+ years' experience in property or building maintenanceStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)Experience managing contractors, budgets, and schedulesComfortable with property systems and MS OfficeRelevant technical qualification an advantageFull, clean driving licence
