Job Title:CRM & SEO ManagerLocation:Dublin / Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)Reports To:Head of Digital MarketingDepartment:MarketingAboutisIrelandsleadingbillcomparisonandswitchingservice,helpingconsumerssavemoneyonessentialhouseholdbillssuchasenergy,broadband,banking,andinsurance,CRM & SEO Managerto drive customer engagement, retention, growth, and organic visibility through innovative, data-driven campaigns.About The RoleWere looking for aCRM & SEO Manager todrive customer engagement, retention, growth, and organic visibility through innovative, data-driven campaigns.This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, analytical skills, creative thinking, and a strong understanding of CRM, SEO, and web performance metricsCRM Strategy & Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to retention and loyalty.Content: Create new content, update and perfect existing content.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Strategy & ManagementDevelop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, in-app push, website) to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.Segment audiences using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to deliver personalised messaging.Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows, triggers, and lifecycle campaigns to increase average product holding (APH) of our customers.Analyse campaign performance and customer data to optimise engagement and maximise ROI.Develop lifecycle programs, including upsell/cross-sell, newsletters and re-engagement strategies.SEO & Content StrategyOptimise web content to increase organic traffic and improve the discoverability of deals and informational content.Research, create, and manage content that drives owned research traffic and establishes as a trusted authority in household savings.Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering teams to improve site architecture, internal linking, and on-page SEO performance.Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and PR teams to align CRM and SEO strategies with business goals.Conduct A/B testing, performance analysis, and reporting to continuously improve campaigns and content.Ensure all CRM and SEO activities comply with GDPR and data privacy regulations.Skills & Experience RequiredBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.35 years experience in CRM, email marketing, or SEO/digital marketing within a consumer facing business.Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Conductor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle and retention campaigns and examples of ROI.Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimisation, and web analytics.Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy and measure results.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an understanding of consumer behaviour.Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.Nice to HaveExperience in the energy or financial services sector.Familiarity with A/B testing tools and marketing analytics platforms.Knowledge of automation workflows and advanced segmentation techniques.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working model.22 days annual leaveTax-Free Voucher Each ChristmasQuarterly staff parties and eventsDefined contribution (DC) pension scheme (up to 5% company contribution)Opportunity to work with a fast growing, consumer focused tech company.A collaborative, creative, and supportive team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing Irish brand.
