The company is seeking to recruit a highly numerate and diligent accounts assistant who can quickly integrate herself/himself and provide support to the financial controller of the service station business.Job SpecificsMaintain compete control of the accounts payable function and ensure accuracy in purchase pricing and quantityMaintain weekly bank / cash reconciliations and investigate any issuesPrepare weekly margin reports in specific shop departmentsAd-Hoc projects as directed by the financial controllerThe PersonThe job will suit a newly qualified accounting technician or experienced part-qualified technician seeking to broaden their scope of work and enter a fast moving and growing business.
