We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Operations & Administration Planner to oversee the efficient movement of equipment, services, and resources across the business. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective planning and timely delivery of services to meet both customer and operational requirements.The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with exceptional organisational skills including attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Friday, based at our office in Killygordon, Co Donegal.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and optimise the allocation of resources and equipmentCoordinate all movements, including service teams, transport and suppliersAct as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring all communications are handled efficiently, professionally, and courteouslyMonitor and manage costs to support effective cost controlManage the availability and allocation of all plant and equipmentProcess hire contracts and associated documentation, including on-hire and off-hire proceduresEnsure all necessary documentation, including certificates, training and legal requirements are met and maintained in accordance with company and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate stock records and perform general administrative tasks.Adhere to company systems and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement initiativesSkills and ExperienceExperience in planning, transport logistics, or a similar coordination role (preferred)Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyForward-thinking and solution-focused approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset at all timesStrong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with MRP systems and stock management is desirableAbility to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a small teamAbout us:Mantis Cranes provides a comprehensive range of lifting solutions to clients nationwide, including Tower Cranes, Self-Erecting Cranes, Luffing Cranes, Hoists and a full selection of crane accessories.
