We're currently looking for a Business Relationships Manager - Ireland on a full-time, permanent basis. This position sits within the Relationships team in Ireland.
The Job
Reporting to the Head of ACCA Ireland daily, you'll be involved in:
1. Contributing to the development of engagement plans for education partnerships (universities, ACCA approved learning providers, and education training boards) to deliver KPIs and objectives.
2. Identifying and progressing opportunities to grow ACCA's business through education partnerships with mutually beneficial propositions.
3. Using agreed criteria, identifying and proposing target education providers based on potential contribution.
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver business development plans for education partners.
5. Developing and managing strong relationships with education partners to build ACCA's ecosystem and meet KPIs.
6. Planning and managing multi-level relationships with existing and potential education partners.
7. Working with partners to leverage global solutions, content, and expertise.
8. Promoting the ACCA qualification, products, and services to partners through presentations and activities.
9. Ensuring education partners are prepared for changes to the ACCA qualification and other offerings.
10. Supporting education partners with ACCA processes, including accreditation, to enhance engagement and performance.
The Person
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has demonstrable experience in business development and B2B relationship management, preferably in education.
2. Understands the education and skills landscape.
3. Has knowledge of ACCA's qualifications, products, and services.
4. Possesses strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships, including with senior stakeholders.
5. Is a skilled networker and negotiator.
6. Has excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
7. Is highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
8. Can plan, manage, and work independently to meet deadlines within budgets.
9. Has a global perspective, with experience working in or with international organizations.
