Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting Account Managers in meeting deliverables and client expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with the Business Development team to ensure smooth client transitions from contract signing to implementation.
You will be responsible for preparing client communications, including weekly performance meetings and business reviews. Additionally, you will become knowledgeable with API technology platforms for the Account Management department and assist Account Manager(s) with day-to-day tasks and maintain spreadsheets and databases with information.
