Evaluate federal, state and local environmental regulatory laws and regulations for waste, air quality, and water quality programs where current and historical chemical use, storage, disposal practices, and equipment maintenance are assessed. 2. Prepare associated plans, permits, and reports for clients' facilities. Many of these site evaluations will include due diligence for real estate transactions toward property development or re-development. 3. Determine applicability of regulatory compliance laws and regulations as an essential part of the services provided. 4. Demonstrate ability to prepare clear written assessments summarizing site conditions that support national multi-national clients at their facilities or target facilities primarily Ohio Pennsylvania Kentucky West Virginia Indiana Michigan.
