About the Position
Virtuos is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and skilled Content Marketing Specialist to assist our Content Marketing team. This role involves creating compelling content that promotes our services, supports business development, and enhances our brand presence across multiple channels and mediums. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, fluent in English, with a solid understanding of the games industry and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential content with discretion. This role is part of a global Content Marketing team, requiring effective collaboration across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with on-site collaboration as needed, to support flexibility and team connectivity.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation and production of diverse content types including presentations, social media posts, event materials, videos, website content, and other marketing collateral.
* Manage and track game projects that best showcase our services and maintain up-to-date records of upcoming game releases and approvals.
* Maintain, update, and refresh existing marketing content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
* Prepare client-facing materials for review and approval to ensure compliance with confidentiality agreements and company policies.
* Work closely with multiple internal teams such as Production and Business Development to gather information, align messaging, and deliver high-quality content.
* Execute content projects independently with minimal supervision, showing strong initiative and autonomy.
* Adapt messaging and tone effectively across different mediums, channels, and audiences to maximize engagement.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication with stakeholders.
* Handle confidential and NDA-protected materials with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
* Think creatively beyond briefs to develop purposeful content that aligns with specific marketing goals.
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field is required.
* Candidates should have between 5 - 7 years of professional experience in content marketing or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in content marketing, preferably within the gaming or technology sectors.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
* Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
* Ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
* Familiarity with the gaming industry, including knowledge of new releases, trends, and key players.
* Experience working on confidential and NDA-protected content.
* Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
* High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Ability to work efficiently and at pace while maintaining accuracy and clarity in all communications.
Desirable
* Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
* Background in project management or content strategy.
* Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming community dynamics.
