Job Title:Finance Assistant - Agency Worker Role
Job Location: Dublin, Ireland
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with the sales and other cross functional teams to make the monthly rolling financial forecast;
* Conduct data analysis of business drivers and gaps, and summarize the phased financial results;
* Participate in partner verification tasks, such as on-site inventory check and incentive distribution review;
* Review and make comments in clauses and terms of the contract from the finance prospective;
* Enforce internal policies and control;
* Other Ireland finance matters as assigned;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting/finance/economics
* Team player, self-driven, adaptability and strong ownership
* Hands on, meticulous and high efficiency
* Good command of English(Chinese Mandarin is a plus), effective communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) skills in PowerBI will be an advantage
* Have strong interest in Tech Area
* Eligible to work in Ireland full time with no restrictions.
