We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.JOB PURPOSEAs a Senior Project Manager, you will work as part of an multidisciplinary team that delivers projects covering all aspects of digital, including UX and UI design, DevOps and infrastructure, backend and frontend development, quality assurance, data and analytics, CRM, marketing automation and business analysis.Our Project Management craft is an integral part of the team helping manage client expectations, supporting the team and ensuring deliveries stay on track. We expect our project managers to challenge assumptions, articulate and look for value, offer advice and support to the team and clients where appropriate.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport Programme Managers in the delivery of our programme of workScope project requirements and prepare budgetsPrepare detailed project delivery and resourcing plansManage hybrid delivery teams and project teams where necessaryManage the project team to ensure project tasks and actions are followed up on effectivelyReport on project and budget statusWork closely with other team members and leadership to help identify gaps and opportunities, and collaboratively come up with solutionsMaintain project documentation including risk logs and requirement specificationsDemonstrate an understanding of web technologies and be able to discuss technical solutions in plain languageProactively manage the client relationship to ensure the communication and expectations around the project is clearWork to ensure we anticipate clients’ needs and offer a superb level of serviceWork in a collaborative environment within the business and with client stakeholdersBe an active member of the team, supporting colleagues and peers to help achieve overall digital goals for both the Client, Business Team and DEPTWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORExperience as a Digital Project Manager building things like corporate websites, apps, online account management and other online systems.Experience within a digital agency, or in another fast moving industry is a plusHighly organised and motivated person with an aptitude for understanding and solving problemsWillingness to get involved in the sometimes messy process and support your team colleagues to get deliveries over the lineUnderstanding the value of collaborating with the team and client is very importantA positive outlook and strong interpersonal relationship building skillsDemonstrated ability to manage cross-discipline teamsDemonstrated ability to context switch and maintain focus on the team and deliveryVendor management experience would be a plusExcellent verbal, written communication and presentation skillsDirect availability to start working in either Ireland or the UK.Willingness to do occasional travels to the client location or other DEPT offices.WE OFFER:The benefits depend upon the location where you apply from, so feel free to check with the recruiter.A flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location).Social and Cultural Events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrations.Inspirational Talks, bringing the outside in with regular guest speakers and events.Learning and Development, supporting your growth with continuous opportunities to learn and advance.Buddy Programme: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks’ at DEPT.A reputation for doing good.
