Onsite Interpreting Service is a growing Interpretation and Translation company based in the West of Ireland.
We are currently hiring a new coordinator to add to our existing team in order to support our growth and development plans.
This role involves a mix of booking coordination, interpreter recruitment and business development for new clients.
The role works closely with our existing Galway and Sligo coordinators to support interpreter onboarding, new client outreach and the daily operational running of our interpreting service.
Role Responsibilities
Source and onboard new interpreters through community links, social media and referrals
Support client outreach including lead generation, qualification, business development calls and follow ups
Research new client opportunities across our target industries in line with our defined growth and development strategy
Manage allocation of interpreter bookings via our online system, cancellations, and be the point of contact for incoming calls for last minute or same day bookings
Keep systems, records and weekly KPI reports accurate and up to date
Contribute ideas and support campaigns that help OIS grow (Marketing, business development, tender support)
Partake in Out of hours call pool
Experience and Skills
Background in coordination, recruitment or business development (service-based environment or coming from interpreting / translation background would be a distinct advantage)
Confident communicator, comfortable talking with both clients and interpreters
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage several priorities at once and meet agreed targets
Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM or scheduling systems
Team-focused, reliable and proactive in following things through
Full Irish Drivers license is essential for this role as periodic travel to client locations, recruitment events and Sligo office would be required
