Accounts Receivable Assistant

Purpose
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Securitas Technology Ireland, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our business. You will drive timely and accurate customer payments, collaborate across teams, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Your work directly supports our mission to make the world a safer place, while contributing to a culture of innovation, growth, and inclusion.
Major Responsibilities
* Leads proactive follow-up with customers via phone and email to ensure timely account settlement
* Drives the management of a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, fostering positive relationships
* Delivers accurate allocation of receipts and processing of payments, including Direct Debits and card payments through our banking portal
* Partners with internal teams to resolve customer queries and support finance reporting requirements
* Uploads invoices to customer portals and ensures seamless invoicing for project and service works
* Collaborates on ad hoc finance projects, supporting business growth and continuous improvement
* Champions clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders

* You contribute to a positive customer experience by resolving queries efficiently and professionally
* You deliver accurate, timely financial data that supports business decision-making

Education
* Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
Experience & Knowledge
* Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or a Finance environment is beneficial
* Confidence working with finance or ERP systems
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
* Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
