OverviewCONTRACT LENGTH: 9 Months – 1st October to 1st July.THE ROLE: We are looking for a Sales Account Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) to join the Sales team on a 9-month fixed-term basis. This is a temporary role to cover a period of maternity leave, offering an exciting opportunity to work across the JOE Media Group portfolio – including JOE, SportsJOE, Her, HerFamily, Lovin Dublin, Lovin.ie, and Gay Star News.Reporting to the Commercial Director and Sales Team Lead, the role will assume responsibility for developing and implementing a sales strategy to deliver revenue targets across a designated media agency patch.Hybrid: Minimum 3 days in office. Office Location: Dublin 8.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and manage the sales strategy for your agency patch across the JMG portfolio of brands to drive revenue growth and broaden our client base by nurturing both new and existing agency relationships.Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities within your assigned agencies.Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to create innovative and impactful commercial proposals that meet client objectives.Partner with Project Management, Production, and Brand teams to ensure flawless campaign execution in line with industry standards.Work with Brand teams and Creative Strategy to identify long-term commercial content opportunities.Stay informed of industry trends and monitor competitor activity.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and digital media marketing practices.Create compelling sales presentations tailored to agency needs.Promote the vision and goals of the JMG business.Track and forecast sales pipeline using our CRM system.Qualifications and profileProven track record of building strong client relationships and consistently hitting sales targets.1-2 years of experience in agency sales, with strong knowledge of the Irish media agency landscape and a solid network.Excellent communicator and strong presenter.Passionate about media, branding, and marketing.Energetic, driven, and results-focused.A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Employment detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Online Audio and Video Media
