Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
* Order office supplies and manage inventory
* Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing
* Provide general support to staff and management
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of accounting software Preferred but not essential
