About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Care Worker to join our North Street Service in Swords, Co. Dublin. This is a highly individualised, community-based service directed by the people we support. The role requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently while supporting individuals to live active and meaningful lives within their local community, and in their own homes. The successful candidate will support individuals in line with the HSE New Directions policy and Prosper Group values, promoting independence, choice, community participation, and overall wellbeing. Due to the nature of the service, flexibility will be required and working hours may include evenings, early mornings, and weekends based on the needs and preferences of the individuals supported.
