About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Renault Brand Specialist. This junior role is perfect for someone passionate about cars and looking to kickstart a career in automotive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage customers and guide them through the Renault range
* Support the sales process from enquiry to delivery
* Maintain showroom standards and vehicle presentation
* Follow up leads and build strong customer relationships
* Meet individual and team sales targets
* Complete training on Renault products and systems
What We're Looking For:
* Great communication and people skills
* Photograph and video vehicles for online listings
* Passion for cars and the Renault brand
* Customer-first mindset
* Confident with basic digital tools (CRM, email, etc.)
* Full UK driving licence
* Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not essential
