Job Description
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, providing care and support to vulnerable adults in their daily lives. The role involves working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team, communicating and working well with our service users to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement. They will also be required to update and maintain accurate records using a tablet on our information management system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
No previous experience is required as we provide full training. However, previous experience in care or social work would be advantageous.
