About the Role
We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our team as a Duty Manager for a four-star hotel in Dublin. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work across all areas of the property while acting as Duty Manager during shifts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, flexible and keen to learn, with a positive attitude. They should have experience in Food and Beverage (F&B) and Reception operations and be proficient in these areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as Duty Manager during shifts, overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Possess a valid qualification in hospitality or a related field.
