About the Role
The Programme Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting independent living and community integration, while promoting the personal development of service users attending the day service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Built trusting relationships with service users to facilitate their goals, strengths, and needs identification.
* Supported service users to establish and enhance their natural support circle.
* Provided accessible information on available community-based supports to ensure activities were maintained at an appropriate pace for sustainability.
* Advocated on behalf of and supported self-advocacy for service users in various settings.
* Developed and completed positive risk assessments, researched and devised Community Profiles, sourcing activities in service users' communities.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Third level graduate in health and social care or equivalent (minimum Level 7) is required. Experience working with adults with disabilities and designing individual programmes for people with disabilities or those marginalized is essential. A champion of Person Centred Planning and Individual Action Plans, full driving licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience is also necessary.

We offer a competitive salary starting from point 1 €39,120.94 per annum to point 5 €45,325.68 pro rata, subject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification.
