Contracts Manager
to oversee 3–4 concurrent sites across Galway, covering residential, fit-out, and commercial projects.
The Role:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are met
Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors across diverse building works
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with all standards
You Bring:
Proven Contracts Management experience across residential, commercial, or fit-out projects
Strong leadership, organisational, and commercial skills
Ability to manage multiple high-value projects efficiently
