Job Description- Field Service Engineer We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Clinical Service Support Team. This field-based role primarily covers client sites along the East Coast of Ireland. The successful candidate will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of a range of medical devices. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring reliable performance and exceptional service for healthcare providers. Job Responsibilities Carry out installation, servicing, and repair of medical equipment on-site. Deliver equipment training and technical guidance to healthcare staff. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Perform routine calibration and preventative maintenance. Provide technical support to the sales team as required. Maintain clear and timely service documentation and reports. Advise customers on best practices to optimise device performance. Manage tools, spare parts, and consumables for efficient service delivery. Ensure all work aligns with ISO quality and safety standards. Represent the company with professionalism and a strong customer focus. Job Requirements 3rd level qualification in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar. Strong technical problem-solving and fault-finding abilities. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic service schedule. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality. Full, clean driving licence.
