About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Director to lead our project management office and support key projects focussing on business growth, sales enablement and risk management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring analysis is relevant for each specific business, using a wide range of analytical tools and being comfortable working with digital and traditional business data. They will provide quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and insight on projects.
Key responsibilities include complete project tasks within scope to the level and quality required on time and in budget, streamlining workflows of each project and overseeing resource management, project measurement and reporting. The role also involves performing quality control on all projects throughout development and ensuring prompt escalation of risks and issues.
Requirements:
* Third Level Degree in a relevant discipline
* At least 3-5 years' Project Management experience, with the capability to lead projects throughout an organization
* Exceptional project management skills with experience of project management methodologies and tools
* Project Management qualification required i.e. PMP, Scrum Master Certification, Prince2
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel to advanced level
* Capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing environment
* Outstanding communication skills and ability to work and develop relationships cross-functionally and across levels to achieve business goals
