With 4 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc is also hosting over 60 "Onsite" Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country.About The RoleAs our Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all staffing requirements in our afterschool centres and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, while adhering to our Safeguarding standards, staff ratios, staffing compliance et al.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for the scheduling of staff in each of the Afterschools so that staff to child ratios are maintained at all times.
