We are currently seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Wexford.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for new and ongoing projects.Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor and material selection.Monitor project costs, prepare progress reports, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain smooth project delivery.Prepare and agree on final accounts for completed projects.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years' experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in residential construction.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cubit Estimating Software.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Full, clean driving licence preferred but not essential.Previous experience in waste management, transport, or a similar outdoor/manual role preferred.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.Physically fit and able to perform repetitive lifting and walking tasks.Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards.Flexible approach to working hours and duties.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €40,597.00-€91,118.69 per yearWork Location: In person
